One-dimensional layered ground response analysis and liquefaction determination program 'ArkQuake'

The liquefaction determination supports advanced methods! It comes with a feature that automatically reads seismic waveform files.

"ArkQuake" is a program for wave propagation analysis of one-dimensional layered ground based on the theory of multiple reflections and for liquefaction judgment. It is equipped with a function to automatically read seismic waveform files and supports a practical and sufficient number of layers and seismic points. The analysis results include a mode compatible with the standard program SHAKE. The deformation and acceleration results can be visually confirmed through an animation function for dynamic response. The liquefaction judgment complies with two standards: the 2012 Road Bridge Design Guidelines (Seismic Design Edition) and the Handbook for Liquefaction Countermeasures for Reclaimed Land (Revised Edition) from 1997 (judgment based on equivalent N values and equivalent acceleration). [Features] ■ Layer data can accommodate up to 200 layers ■ Input seismic points can be up to 65,536 ■ Built-in standard strain-dependent curves ■ Capable of analyzing two waveforms input into different layers ■ Supports multiple analysis options, including SHAKE-compatible mode *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.

I tried creating a scan inspection program!

[New Inspection Method] I Tried Creating an Automatic Tolerance Judgment Program Using a 3D Scanner! | System Create

"Mitarepo" is a series that introduces what can be done using various products with the concept of "I tried doing this!" We deliver useful information each time from the wide range of product genres handled by System Create. In recent years, the manufacturing industry has been rapidly transitioning from traditional size tolerances to quality control based on geometric tolerances (GD&T). However, when trying to comprehensively evaluate "the overall waviness of the product" or "freeform surfaces," the inspection programs tend to become extensive and consume a significant amount of time. Therefore, this time, we challenged ourselves to set up an "inspection program" that automatically determines geometric tolerances by using the HandySCAN 3D EVO, which allows for high-precision 3D scanning while being handheld, to instantly capture the shape of the entire part! "Can I create a program before scanning?" "How do I format it for repeated inspections?" We will introduce points of interest in practical work, including actual numerical settings and the process of registering inspection points. *You can download the materials from the button below.
